We have come up with4 unique training programs packed with ideas for Conditioning classes, Bootcamps, PT, Sports training, Circuits and semi private training. Both of us have been researching new ideas and formulaes to take into your Autumn/Winter Workouts and have come up with some great stuff. My BODY SHOCK programme is going to be a high energy workout with loads of creative body sculpting ideas without using any equipment plus aerobic and aneraobic training and Marv has been working hard on his Back Care for Group X and Dynamic Strength Fusion from the ground up. 1. BODY SHOCK - The Ultimate Metabolic Fat Blasting Workout with Rachel
Body Shock is an equipment and choreography free workout designed to fire up the bodies metabolism ensuing maximum fat loss PLUS muscle conditioning in one action packed workout. Rachel uses body weight training and intervals plus new innovative exercise blocks that you can mix and match with your existing classes or create your own BODY SHOCK Workout
2.Dynamic Strength
Fusion from the Ground Up with Marvin
Marvin has an explosive workout that looks at lifting sequences to develop
strength in a group fitness environment and then putting together a hybrid
workout that would be ideal for small groups, large groups, PT, sports training
and conditioning. this will take your functional ability to the next level and
your fitness level to out of space.
This workout mixes common strength training principals with functional training.
3. Core Collection with Rachel
Rachel has put together 5 x 10 minute core exercise routines that you easily inject into different classes or put then together for a full on core conditioning classes. Using weights, gliders and balls Each routine is dynamic, functional and results driven.

Back 2 Education with Marvin
Marvin has a part theory part practical section about the common concerns to
back problems. How should you strengthen your back? what do we do when a
participant tells you they are cleared to exercise but has a back complaint?
Often fitness instructors and Personal trainers are lumbered (no pun intended)
with this increasing problem but don't know what steps to consider. A highly
useful and informative session for all trainers and Instructors.
