The theory behind the practice - 1 hour in the studio
Join Kelly for an hour theory where she will enhance your teaching knowledge by
covering advance teaching skills in aqua, Functional theory, core knowledge of
Aqua natal and the advantages of teaching deep water aqua.
Aquamaniacs - Pool
Using woggles, mini balls, mits and dumbells to give you new creative
and fun choreography ideas which will have your participants slashing for
more!!!
Functional H20 - pool
Kelly will teach you how to make your Aqua classes more functional using the 3
planes of motion. Within this section, Kelly will also show you sports specific
aqua moves.
Aqualates
This is Fitness pilates in the pool, Kelly will show you how to incorporate your
Fitness Pilates into your Aqua classes, concentrating on core strength, balance,
posture and flexibility
