The Active IQ Level 3 in Nutrition and Weight Management qualification is for (minimum) level 2 Instructors who would like to offer nutritional and weight loss advice to classes and clients. If you are interested in running Fat Loss Bootcamps, Weight Loss Groups and Clinics and Healthy eating sessions then this qualification will enable and insure you to do that.

What will having this qualification enable me to do?

Run Bootcamps with nutritional and diet advice.
Promote your own Exercise and Diet club.
Offer food labelling information and advice.
Offer drop a dress size sessions/ Lose a stone promotions etc.
Run small groups weight loss sessions.
Run weight management and fitness sessions for community based groups such as SureStart etc.

What do I have to do to gain this qualifications?

After purchasing the qualification you will then register with Active IQ and go through the online worksheets on the website. You will be sent a multiple choice exam paper to be completed in your work place in exam conditions. You will also fill in the CAR - candidate assessment record and complete 2 case studies in exam conditions. This qualification is an online module with no face to face contact and you will be assigned an online tutor. An online manual will also be emailed to you.

You will need to sit the theory paper and complete the 2 case studies in exam conditions so will need to email us details of your line manager/other professional who we will make contact with before to email the exam papers and exam procedures.
